INKISH.TV covered GraphExpo for the first time held in Orlando, Florida, USA. It was a really cool event and here we give you a small postcard from the event. During the next weeks we will give you a lot of interviews from the event. Stay tuned.

INKISH reports from GraphExpo 2015 in Chicago. In part two you'll see a lot of software and among others meet EFI, Enfocus, Opensoft Scissorhands, Xerox and Printvis.

GraphExpo is one of the most important exhibitions in the industry. Compared to the much bigger DRUPA, GraphExpo is more relaxed, but never the less important. People meet, do business and enjoy being inspired by great technology, great people and lots of a-ha experiences... We will very soon bring more exciting coverage of GraphExpo 2015.

Thayer Long took over APtech, GraphExpo, and Print when competition changed the market situation. Still, maybe the changes were also a reflection of changing needs. In this session, we get a chance to discuss how the needs are changing the entire industry, from being a printer, a vendor, a media to a trade-show organizer.

Ken Garner is the VP Development & Industry Relations for the American organization, APTech, short for Association for PRINT Technologies. APTech used to be the organizer of GraphExpo and Print shows in Chicago but chose in 2019 to team up with Tarsus to continue the show under the name Brand Print Americas. In this, Over the Skype session, we get the chance to hear more about the work of APTech. We also hear about the first larger virtual conference that due to the COVID-19 was moved from being a physical conference to a virtual one - and many more exciting subjects. As with all our ‘Over the Skype’ interviews, quality is limited to bandwidth, web-cams, and ability to literally LIVE mix the conversations. However, it works, and with Over the Skype, we will bring you more than 20 exciting people, and angles on the industry as it is right now. Enjoy!

When Print®19 open the doors in a few days, it will be the 51st show under the Print/GraphExpo show, but it will also be the last. From 2020 APTech has joined forces with Tarsus in forming a new global event named Brand Print. In this Interview, APTech President Thayer Long talks over both Print®19, Brand Print, APTech, and how he also sees the future. Enjoy!

For the 8th time, OnPrintShop is exhibiting at Print/GraphExpo and COO Dharmesh Acharya is excited. Web-to-Print is still a hot subject though less represented at Print18 compared to previous years. This doesn't stop COO Dharmesh Acharya to be excited about both the market potential, the future, and of course, the Red Hot Award which was given to the company's newly re-launched Photobook Plugin. Dharmesh Acharya believes in the market and explains in this video that personalized and photo-based products have a bright future - and we believe him. Watch, listen​ and share.

INKISH have been covering both GraphExpo and PRINT® shows since 2015 and we have always enjoyed the shows a lot. This year will be even more exciting for us since we have been recognized as Media Partner and will do our best to support PRINT®18 both before, during, and after the event. We will share information about the event. We will talk to exhibitors about what to expect, and hopefully, more that can encourage YOU to go. We like the concept of getting together, learn from each other and explore new technology, new consumables, and new constellations. We hope to see you in Chicago September 30th-October2nd 2018.

Print17 is one of the major global events and of course INKISH.TV participated. We spoke to Thayer Long - President of the organizers NPES, we spoke to a lot of exhibitors and we are producing features from the show these days. Patrick George from PrintSites explains in this INKISH.TV film about PrintSites - one of the rather large e-commerce exhibitors at GraphExpo 2016. PrintSites have taken SaaS solutions a step further and also help their customers with first-line customer support. This is truly great and new in our opinion. Being at an exhibition is ALSO about having a fun time - of course, and at GraphExpo at least the two guys from TEC Mailing Solutions had some great fun and also caught some attention from visitors and other exhibitors. We got a chance to talk to Scott Eganhouse VP Business Development and got a nice conversation about what TEC Mailing Solutions does and why they were dressed like clouds. Enfocus is one our favorite companies in the printing industry - inventing great software products, that enable printers to be more effective and more productive. At GraphExpo we had the opportunity (once again) to talk to Vice President Fabian Prudhomme. Automation is still key for Enfocus and with the Switch App Store introduced at Drupa, both Enfocus and third-party vendors will be able to add functionality to Switch and the customer's workflow. A new feature soon available is PDF proofing - really cool, but see for yourself.

Chili Publish is the company behind Chili Publisher which for years have been the locomotive and Rolls Royce in the web-to-print industry. We at INKISH.TV was so lucky to catch up with CEO Kevin Goeminne at GraphExpo in Orlando. Great company - both Kevin and Chili Publish, so enjoy our episode.

It's no secret that we at INKISH.TV really like to see new technology and to meet new people. At GraphExpo we met Roi Aldaag who is the man behind QRlead. Basically, QRlead is an extension to your business card and rather than placing a "standard" QR code, using the QRlead QR code, it opens up a new universe - but why not just listen to the guy who is responsible for QRlead - so here is Roi Aldaag - welcome!

At GraphExpo we had a chance to talk to CEO and Founder Tony Michiels from Argos Solutions - and that was great. First of all, he is a very nice guy, but the flat coater he presented at GraphExpo was also really cool. Using LED-UV reduces not only energy consumption, but also reduce the amount of UV-Varnish needed for the jobs - and that leads to lower production cost and faster return on investment. Cool - but see for your self!

At the recent GraphExpo we've got the opportunity to talk to a dear friend of INKISH.TV - Pat McGrew. We first met her (she didn't know) at GraphExpo, when she was awarded the Girlie Award, second time was at GrafKom in Sweden and finally, we got a chance to meet with her. Pat McGrew is now with Keypoint Intelligence (previously known as InfoTrends) and responsible for workflows. Really cool and great to know her. No other person has been so deeply involved in the printing industry as Professor Emeritus at Rochester Institute of Technology, Frank Romano. 59 books and active since 1959. Remarkable fresh ideas in his approach to modern times challenges. We at INKISH.TV really appreciate that Frank Romano took time to talk to us at GraphExpo 2016.

At Graph Expo 2014 I first met Brett Heap from Opensoft or to be more precise I met him at a booth at Graph Expo presenting Scissorhands. It took a little while to understand exactly what Scissorhands as, but nice scissor girls - inspired from the film Edward Scissorhand, the young girls were dressed with scissor hands and made an appearance that at least would catch attention. Scissorhands is a software/hardware plugin that enables cutters to operate smarter, faster and extremely more simple. We at INKISH.TV have been fans of Scissorhands since then and have spoken about them at every given opportunity - finally we got time with Brett Heap at the recent GraphExpo, where he explains about this REALLY great and cool product.

Sign & Print is the leading exhibition for the printing industry in Scandinavia - and though these exhibitions are small compared to DRUPA, GraphExpo and other international exhibitions, these exhibitions can do things, that the large ones can't. The Sign & Print exhibition in Oslo has been recognised by both visitors and exhibitors, by it's high quality of visitors, exhibitors, service around the show. The Exhibition also has a range of speakers teaching the visitors everything from InDesign to sharing success stories in the market. INKISH.TV enjoyed the Sign & Print show in Oslo - nice people, warm atmosphere and a great potential for all participants.
