Wayne Morgan · Managing DIrector · PressExchange · PRINTING United 2025

At Printing United in Orlando, Wayne Beckett from INKISH met with Wayne Morgan, owner of PressExchange.com, to talk about how the platform continues to shape the global used printing equipment market.

Press Exchange, originally created at Haymarket Media under PrintWeek’s digital strategy, has become one of the most trusted online marketplaces for trading presses and finishing systems. Today, it connects thousands of printers and machinery dealers worldwide, with more than 5,000 active listings at any time and many more managed privately through its CRM platform, Extenso.

Wayne Morgan explained that Press Exchange’s strength lies in professionalism and reliability. Most listings come from experienced dealers who handle the entire resale and export process—from dismantling and shipping to installation and servicing—so printers can focus on production without worrying about logistics.

Alongside the marketplace, PCX also offers Extenso, a CRM solution that integrates advertising, website management, and data-driven marketing tools. It allows dealers to manage inventory, publish listings across multiple channels, and use advanced analytics to track buying trends. Soon, this data will expand into a new system called Exact, offering real-time insight into which machines are most in demand globally.

Wayne Morgan summed up the company’s purpose simply: Press Exchange and Extenso exist to connect people in print, streamline business operations, and make it easier for industry professionals to buy, sell, and grow.
