At Printing United Expo in Orlando, Wayne from INKISH speaks with Matthew Edwards from Pro Print Performance, part of Keypoint Intelligence. Matthew explains that while Pro Print Performance was acquired two and a half years ago, it has over 25 years of experience in production print and operates independently in Europe, with Matthew as the only U.S. employee.
He describes the company’s competitive web portal, an online database used by dealers and OEMs for real-world production print comparisons. “We work with all major manufacturers,” he says. “It’s not just specs — we provide tested performance data so sales teams can be more credible and confident.”
Beyond the portal, Pro Print Performance offers training programs for dealers, covering both competitive knowledge and sales skills. “We help dealers who don’t have internal training departments to develop their teams and have better business conversations,” Matthew explains.
A new addition to the portal is a finishing section, enabling users to compare inline and offline solutions side by side. “Finishing is becoming one of the biggest differentiators,” he says.
While Pro Print Performance works with manufacturers and dealers rather than PSPs directly, Matthew emphasizes their mission to make salespeople stronger, more informed, and more trusted by their customers.
He adds that Keypoint Intelligence’s learning and development programs are being integrated into Pro Print Performance, expanding their offering with micro-learnings and market-based training. Wrapping up, Matthew laughs that this is his first Printing United despite 25 years in print — but not his last.
