Good introduction to Logica, and it’s “MES” – Manufacturing Execution System.
Different to MIS or ERP , it is a comprehensive, dynamic production system in which your production processes from raw material to end product are monitored, traced, documented and controlled.
The all-important OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is the result of the exercise.
