PRINTING United takes place October 18th-20th in Atlanta, Georgi – and of course, INKISH will cover the event – and as usual, in-depth, engaging, and hopefully something you will like. Part of coverage is as often as possible to talk to the people behind the scenes and for PRINTING United Expo, one of the leading forces in Mark Subers. In this session, we talk about whether the Under One Roof approach is still the right approach that visitors can expect, and, of course, we also talk about the industry in general. Dave Leskusky has worked with NAPCO since 1995 and has had a fantastic career - now President of PRINTING United Alliance & NAPCO Media. In this interview, Editor Morten B. Reitoft from INKISH asks about the role of print and if print today might need to change the metrics on how print is measured. We also talk about print as an art form. It was SUPER nice talking to Dave Leskusky and understanding more about the motivations behind PRINTING United Alliance and why big is necessary when seeking political influence and truly making a difference for our industry.

We were in Philadelphia filming a super interesting printing company. Of course, we took the opportunity to meet our friends from PRINTING United at a headquarters that, by all means, showed that you'll soon find them at a new address. Mark Subers is the President of PRINTING United Expo, and we got the chance to talk to him about expectations for PRINTING United 2024 at a time when both drupa and also Label Expo are taking place - Label Expo even on the same dates as PRINTING United. Increased Productivity using CERM and ESKO ·...
Increased productivity is extremely important - and yes, CERM and ESKO play an enormous role with the Sicialian label producer Auroflex. Still, the business is developed around a quality and passion for supporting the Sicilian wine, food, and luxury products industry. But Auroflex does many things that are a bit out of the standard, for example, an annual design competition, where designers are invited to challenge Auroflex - and all the designs are produced to show what's possible - and as Fabio Butera tells INKISH, this develops a close relationship between Auroflex and the designers, that eventually will make some of the most complex and interesting design. Auroflex produces labels in both flexo, digital, and offset. The most important reason for investment in print technology is from Nilpeter - an offset/flexo hybrid machine - by all means, an amazing company, and see how CERM and ESKO are used in planning, pricing, color management, and, of course, inspection - in tightly integrated solutions - merging beauty with efficiency - love it.
