James Struble from ECO3 and Cheryl Corpe of Continental Print shared the story of time savings and more efficiency in the Customer Service part of the Continental business using ECO3 ePreFlight. In addition to resolving issues before the print files get near prepress, it changed the way ECO3 is implemented in the print shop, now paying more attention to how the Customer Service teams can leverage the tools.
