The function Frank Knöller holds hold with Kohlhammer Druck is, from time to time, stressful, as things need to get ready on time. Knöller gives an example of a weekly printed magazine where files come to print on Tuesday and must be delivered to the post on Wednesday and are delivered to the reader on Thursday. Though not all jobs have such delivery time, it gives you an insight into the work of an “Innendienst” employee.
