7. InkishTV Caption Manager may temporarily store YouTube API data solely for operational purposes. Stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted periodically in accordance with YouTube API Services policies.

9. InkishTV is not responsible for any loss, damages, account actions, copyright claims, or interruptions resulting from the use or misuse of the application.
