Matt Sepsey · SVP Brand Strategy & Strategic Initiatives · Koroseal
The final interview of day two at PRINTING United 2026 takes Morten B. Reitoft back to the Agfa booth, this time meeting Matt from Koroseal.
For Koroseal, this will be the company’s first experience with Agfa technology — but certainly not a decision made overnight.
The team spent months evaluating various technologies and closely examining which would best support Koroseal’s commercial wallcovering business. Speed and production efficiency were important, but so was the ability to develop new products faster and respond more quickly to changing customer demands.
And Koroseal isn’t starting small.
Alongside its new production system, the company has also invested in a smaller Agfa platform for proofing and development. Together, the technologies should give Koroseal greater flexibility for short runs, specialty applications and new product development while increasing capacity for its core wallcovering production.
Matt explains that innovation is already central to the way Koroseal approaches manufacturing. The expectation is therefore not simply that the new technology will produce existing products faster, but that it will help the company explore applications and products that weren’t practical before.
For a company built around surfaces, materials and design, that could be just as important as additional throughput.
The machine is on its way, expectations are high — and Matt clearly expects the investment to help Koroseal grow.
